Our Menu is short but we are only cooking seasonal fresh products coming directly from the market. We place great value on the quality of our suppliers.
You will find some salads in two versions: One as an appetizer, the other one as a complete plate for greater hunger (or for sharing).

Artisanal buns from our bakery, sliced fresh vegetables, crispy bacon, smoked Provolone (cheese from Italy), 180 grs of charolais beef cut by the knife (not industrial meat), our special sauce made with grainy mustard & our potatoes baked in the owen with olive oil & fresh thyme.
