12 PM - 2 PM: A short menu that changes regularly and gives pride of place to seasonal products.
From 6 PM Come and relax around our slates, our Bellota cold meats accompanied by a glass of wine selected from among our 40 wines served by the glass or a house cocktail.
From 7 PM to 10 PM we switch to Bistronomy mode with a menu prepared by our Chefs: Bruno Ramos-Torres & Julien Charier.

Artisanal Buns from our Bakery, Sliced Fresh Vegetables, Crispy Bacon, Tomme de Savoie (cheese from French Alpes), 180 grs of Charolais Beef cut by the Knife (not industrial meat), our special sauce made with fresh dill & grainy mustard & our potatoes baked in the owen with olive oil & fresh thyme.
